Proposed in February 2006 (started in mid-March) on the
Songfight boards, Nur Ein
developed out of the idea of a Survivor-style music competition in
which a certain number of contestants would be voted out each week.
The competition began with 25 bands and was eventually narrowed down
to one in the seventh and final round. For more detailed

bands' entries for each round. I managed to survive all the
way through to the final round in which I took third place. |
